    IWC Student Receives Les Dames Scholarship
    Colwell
    Advanced Certificate student Michelle Colwell recently received an IWC-sponsored scholarship from Les Dames d’Escoffier New York, a professional women’s organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the food, wine, hospitality and nutrition professions. IWC awards one $1,500 scholarship through the program each year.

    LDE-NY distributes food and wine industry scholarships annually to female students of distinction. This year LDE-NY recognized Colwell and other scholarship winners at a July 28 ceremony and reception at the Lighthouse, Chelsea Piers.
