WSET Level 3 Wines Online Course

The course consists of nine online modules, and students should aim to complete one module per week. Ten hours study per week is recommended to cover the online activities and the relevant chapters in the textbook. Regular access and participation in the online activities is essential for this mode of study.
The course has a fixed start date and finish date. Modules begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Students learn through a range of independent and/or group activities supported by videos and quizzes.
This course is run by the WSET Online Classroom under the guidance of subject-specialist WSET educators who will provide feedback on any assigned exercises and respond to course-related queries.
There is no "live" delivery of content. However, IWC provides a tasting strategy session and a practice tasting exam, both in NYC. The exam itself also takes place in NYC.

Entrance Requirements
- At least 21 years of age AND
- A passing grade in the WSET® Level 2 Intermediate Course in Wines & Spirits; OR
- Successful completion of the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) course of the Society of Wine Educators; OR
- Successful completion of a WSET-sanctioned entrance exam
