This 8-evening course digs deep into grape-growing and wine-making techniques as a foundation for subsequent Level 4 studies. Students will develop a professional-level understanding of the vineyard and winery.

Effective January 1, all students are required to show proof of vaccination each time they enter IWC premises. No exceptions.
