- A passing grade in the WSET® Level 4 Wine Production (D1 or Unit 2) course.
- WSET strongly recommends that students study Level 4, D2 Wine Business before registering for this Unit.

Exam Date & Time
Format: Exams take place over two days.
Day 1: Two written open-response exams. First exam to be completed in 120 minutes, second exam to be completed in 80 minutes.
Day 2: Two blind tasting exams of six wines, 90 minutes each
Theory Exam: 5/9/2023, 11:00AM – 3:20PM
Tasting Exam: 5/10/2023, 10:30AM – 2:30PM
Exam deferment deadline: March 1, 2023
Mock Tasting Exam: April 11, 2023 (tentative date)
Mock Theory Exam: April 18, 2023 (tentative date, possibly via Zoom webinar)
