This specialist-level course explores Champagne and other major sparkling wines of the world in detail. Open only to Level 4 students who have succeeded at Wine Production, D1/Unit 2. Also, WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, D2 'Wine Business' before registering for this Unit.
This is a live, in-classroom course with limited attendance.
Starting January 1, all students are required to show proof of vaccination every time they enter the school. No exceptions.

Entrance Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age AND
- A passing grade in the WSET® Level 4 Wine Production D1/Unit 2 Course.
- WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, Wine Business, before registering for this Unit.
