Port, Sherry, Madeira and other types of fortified wines are the focus of this specialist-level course for Level 4 students who have succeeded at Wine Production, Unit 2.

Format: Blind tasting exam, three wines and Theory exam of 3 short-written answer questions, in 65 minutes
