Before the course registration deadline, the course fee is refundable except for the non-refundable Registration Fee. Materials Fee may be refundable assuming the study materials have not been shipped or picked up.
Level 1 & Level 2 Online Courses- Refund policy

Level 2, Level 3 & Level 4 weekly Courses- Refund policy
Earlier than 10 business days prior to the course start date, the course fee is refundable except for the non-refundable Registration Fee. Materials Fee may be refundable assuming the study materials have not been shipped or picked up.
Level 3 Online Courses- Refund policy
Earlier than 10 business days prior to the course start date, the course fee is refundable except for the non-refundable Registration Fee. Materials Fee may be refundable assuming the study materials have not been shipped or picked up.
NOTE: if IWC ever cancels a course, you will receive a full refund including the non-refundable registration fee, but not the materials fee if shipped.
To apply for a Refund:

- 2. Refunds are processed within 45 days from the date of receipt of the request.
