Born and raised in France, Gregory grew up in a culture where wine is an integral part of everyday life, developing an early appreciation for the diversity of wine regions and traditions.
He has deepened his knowledge as a leader and active member of various wine tasting and pairing groups, through visits to wine regions and producers, consulting work, and regular participation in professional wine fairs, auctions, and industry tastings. An avid wine collector, Gregory is particularly interested in the wine investment space and closely follows developments in the fine wine market. His interests span the classic regions of France as well as the diverse and evolving styles of wines from around the world.
He enjoys helping students build confidence in tasting while developing a deeper understanding of how geography, climate, grape varieties, and winemaking choices shape wine styles.
in addition to teaching wine, Gregory works in global financial markets, where his analytical background brings a structured perspective to wine education while maintaining a focus on curiosity, discovery, and enjoyment.
