Classes occur over 3 blocks of 7 to 9 weeks each in Fall, Winter and Spring. WSET requires that students study Level 4, D2 'Wine Business' before registering for this element, as that material supports students' performance in D3.

- A passing grade in the WSET® Level 4 Wine Production D1 Course.
- WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, Wine Business D2 before registering for this element.

Exam Date & Time
Format: Exams take place over two days.
Day 1: Two written open-response exams. First exam to be completed in 120 minutes, second exam to be completed in 80 minutes.
Day 2: Two blind tasting exams of 90 minutes each, six wines per exam
Theory Exam: Tuesday, May 14, 2024, 11:00AM – 3:20PM
Tasting Exam: Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 10:30AM – 2:30PM
