Port, Sherry, Madeira and other types of fortified wines are the focus of this specialist-level course. Open only to Level 4 students who have already attempted the Wine Production D1/Unit 2 exam. Also, WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, D2 Wine Business, before registering for D5.

Entrance Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age AND
- An exam attempt in the WSET® Level 4 Wine Production D1/Unit 2 Course.
- WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, Wine Business, D2 before registering for this Unit.

Format: Blind Tasting exam – three wines and Theory exam – Written open-response questions, in 90 minutes.
