Port, Sherry, Madeira and other types of fortified wines are the focus of this specialist-level course. Open only to Level 4 students who have already attempted the Wine Production, D1/Unit 2 exam. Also, WSET requires that students have studied Level 4, D2 Wine Business, before registering for D5.
